The Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary is located in the province of Sabah in Malaysian Borneo. It's a very well-kept and responsible facility where much care is taken to ensure that the orangutans don't become too accustomed to people.

Occasionally a lone female visitor is approached and stripped of her clothes by a curious young orangutan (but is never in any real danger)
For this reason, handlers work to ensure that orangutans know they are not allowed to have contact with visitors
